* Set high standards of behaviour and academic achievement, creating a positive learning environment.
* Provide constructive feedback on student work and track their progress.
* Support the emotional and social development of students, including pastoral care and mentoring.

Minimum Requirements:
* A qualified teacher with QTS and a strong background in English.
* Enthusiastic about teaching and inspiring students to love reading, writing, and learning.
* Experienced in planning and delivering effective lessons for students at all levels.
* Committed to setting high expectations for students' achievement and behaviour.
* Able to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
* Willing to contribute to the wider life of the school, including extra-curricular activities.
