The Role: Head Office Pharmacist Key Responsibilities and Contributions: Pre-registration screening to determine eligibility for registration with the clinic Consult and prescribe for patients in areas of pain & psychiatry under specialist shared care Providing guidance to patients, the clinic team and other healthcare professionals Support with training and onboarding of remote clinicians Support the Clinical Lead deliver on governance activity Collaboration with other healthcare professionals and the wider MDT to ensure the high standards of patient care Active participant and member of the Quality, Safety and Innovation Committee (QSIC).
