Role Description
1. Own site safety programs
2. Manage medium sized projects
3. Lead and manage a team of shift engineers
4. Manage engineering apprenticeship programme
5. Ensure equipment readiness, owning loss elimination cycle
6. PM completion, OEE improvements, Project Delivery, Spare Parts Inventory
7. Cost deployment
Skills and Qualifications
1. Time-Served Engineering Experience
2. Industrial Engineering Background
3. Role model leadership
4. Motivated to work in a team environment
5. Champion and drive continuous improvement
