Our client - a digital agency - is looking to hire a Client Manager as a key member of the team, who will be responsible for the development of key relationships across a fantastic portfolio of FMCG clients.
About the role:
This is a permanent, full-time position based in London with a hybrid model of 4 days per week in the office and will be focused on:
* Supporting a growing client roster.
* Identifying client requirements and developing into briefs and work packages.
* Growing multi-territory client relationships. Devising and delivering account strategy.
* Representing the Company’s work and values with key client stakeholders.
* Delivering integrated campaigns & projects.
* Overseeing creative, design & development teams in key projects.
* Steering the creative process during brand programmes.
* Overseeing Project Managers to seamlessly plan & deliver work.
* Managing cross-functional project teams .
* Identification and development of new business.
* Supporting existing client revenue growth.
* Identifying new opportunities and revenue streams amongst existing & new clients.
About you:
* Minimum 2 years account management or marketing experience
* Experience delivering digital projects
* Experience working with/in an international brand team
* Passionate about creativity, technology and innovation
* Possess great leadership skills
* Great interpersonal and communication skills
* Have a hands-on approach to problem-solving
* Be meticulous and well organized
* Have the ability to manage multiple workflows
* Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile environment
* An energetic self-starter
