Your new company One of our clients are looking to add a credit controller to their team in Brighton.
Your new role
Oversee all facets of the credit control process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts and maintaining accurate records.
* Collaborate with solicitors to escalate overdue accounts to legal action when necessary, ensuring compliance with legal procedures and company policies.
* Maintain regular communication with customers to address payment issues and updates. Coordinate with other teams to ensure seamless information flow and support.
* Generate detailed debt reports upon request, providing insights and data to assist in financial decision-making and strategy.
* Accurately code financial transactions and updates in the system, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
* Handle card receipts and cash inputs efficiently, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and promptly.
* Provide general support to other teams as needed, assisting with various tasks to ensure smooth operations and collaboration.
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven credit control experience
* Strong communication stills.
* Confident on the computer
