What We’re Looking For ✔ Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) – With a valid NMC PIN. ✔ Experience with the Elderly – Prior experience in a care home setting is advantageous. ✔ Leadership & Management Skills – Ability to lead, inspire, and support a team effectively. ✔ Commitment to Excellence – Passion for maintaining the highest standards of care.
