About the Role
As the business continues to expand, we are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Glasgow. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be on the front line with customers, handling queries and ensuring full customer satisfaction.
Main Duties
1. Deliver exceptional Customer Service at all times.
2. Liaise with contractors on a daily basis regarding planned works.
3. Deal with external enquiries (via phone, email, etc.) from Supplier and end users.
4. Deal with internal enquiries from Operations and Data teams.
5. Ensure that works are planned in a timely manner.
6. Ensure that the works are completed within designated time periods.
7. Liaise with and provide support to customers and engineers to ensure works completion.
8. Ensure customer satisfaction.
9. Comply with business processes and reporting requirements.
10. Meet and report upon service level agreements.
11. Deal effectively with customer enquiries.
12. Other tasks as required by the business.

All of our roles are based on 40 hours per week, with a 30-minute unpaid break for lunch.
