Job description
Our client, a leading company in the Water sector, is currently seeking an experienced M&E Project Manager to join their team on a contract basis. As an M&E Project Manager, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of mechanical and electrical projects within the water industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee all aspects of mechanical and electrical projects within the water sector.
2. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and communication throughout project lifecycle.
4. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, resolving any technical issues that may arise.
5. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
6. Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules to achieve project objectives.
Job Requirements:
7. Significant experience in managing mechanical and electrical projects within the water industry.
8. Strong knowledge and understanding of NEC contracts.
9. Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
11. Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
12. Flexibility to be office-based at least 1-2 days per week.
