Page Group are working with a leading distribution business within the construction / property sector who supply on a B2B level. This unique role will encompass the management of existing accounts, along with leadership of a small team of 3 FTE.
Description
This role will cover 2 key areas - Account Management (existing customers only) & Leading a team of Sales Administrators.
1. Account Management - 70%
Manage existing customer accounts including trade customers.
Encourage account growth including up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
Process customer orders in a timely manner.
Provide customers with product information and guidance.
Update customers on the progress of their orders.
2. Team Management - 30%
Provide leadership to a team of 3 FTE administrators.
Ensure SLA's are achieved based on individual customer accounts.
Create a culture of customer excellence.
Encourage the team to grow customer accounts where possible.
Provide regular training, development, and 1-2-1's.
Profile
Proven record of managing B2B accounts.
Proven people management experience.
Ability to grow and maximize customer accounts.
Customer-focused approach.
