Anabas are a dynamic, national Facilities Management company whose focus lies in supporting corporate office occupiers who look for a great workplace experience. We are looking to recruit an energetic and driven Senior Facilities Manager with 5 years experience in Corporate Facilities Management site leadership, to provide overall delivery of a 5-star hard and soft service to our client, ensuring that building services, planned and reactive works and projects are effectively completed by the local service delivery team and specialist sub contractors. The ideal candidate will be an assertive individual who will lead with a high level of energy whilst demonstrating outstanding customer service, communication and stakeholder and employee engagement skills. A key part of the Team, the Senior Facilities Manager will lead the local FM team to provide a safe and highly effective workplace for the client, through the delivery of exceptional standards and brilliant basics in service delivery. This role is based Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with an annual salary offered of £55,00 and 33 days holiday a year including bank holidays. The successful candidate will be required to achieve security BS7858 vetting for this role. A flexible approach is required for this role to meet the needs of the business. Occasional travel to satellite sites in Edinburgh, London and Belfast is required. The closing date for new applications will be the 23rd of January 2025.
