Are you an agile HR Business Partner available immediately to cover a period of absence? We have an immediate requirement for a capable HR Business Partner to work closely with the People Director on a number of changes/ project-related work currently taking place within the organisation. You will be able to work independently, be a self-starter who can quickly learn a new organisation, and provide pragmatic HR solutions.
This position offers HYBRID (3 days Office Base)
Interim cover - Initial 1-month FTC
Responsibilities will vary but could include:
* Picking up managerial support for the ER, Talent and HR Operations teams.
* Review and sign off on contracts with procurement for external provider changes.
* Supporting a senior manager with team changes, including performance management support, addressing behaviours not aligned with organisational culture
* Provide HR partnering advice around training and workforce planning
* Support key stakeholders around outsourcing projects and support with the internal administration process, gaining feedback and completion.
* Ad hoc HR Business Partnering duties to drive HR Improvement, research and gathering workforce data, coaching and guiding leaders around HR-related matters.
