Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SHEQ Specialist to join our team. As a SHEQ Specialist, you will be responsible for managing health and safety across multiple sites, working on highly prestigious projects. Your primary focus will be to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and implementing effective health and safety policies and procedures
* Conducting regular site audits and risk assessments
* Providing training and guidance to site personnel on health and safety best practices
* Maintaining accurate records of health and safety performance and reporting any incidents or near misses
Requirements:
* Possession of a relevant health and safety qualification (e.g., NEBOSH Diploma)
* At least 2 years' experience in a similar role within the construction industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus benefits including car allowance, healthcare, holiday entitlement, pension scheme, and ongoing training and development opportunities.
