About the Role
Are you passionate about supporting young people in their education? We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Hounslow. Key Responsibilities
✅ Provide 1:1 and small group support to students, helping them to engage with learning.
✅ Assist teachers in delivering lessons and adapting materials to meet students' needs.
✅ Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
✅ Support students with SEN, including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties.
✅ Encourage independence and confidence in students.
✅ Monitor progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
