THE ROLE
As a Service Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our Preston Services, supporting the Service Manager with a variety of HR, recruitment, financial, and general administrative tasks. You will be responsible for maintaining HR databases, preparing recruitment documentation, coordinating interviews, and supporting site management with audits, digital systems, and governance processes.
You will also provide secretarial and administrative support for meetings, including minute-taking for disciplinary or grievance proceedings. Furthermore, you will help facilitate financial management tasks such as handling invoices, purchase orders, and petty cash.
Our Ideal Administrator Will:
* Have excellent organisational and communication skills
* Be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Demonstrate proficiency in digital systems and administration
* Show attention to detail, particularly in managing HR files and recruitment databases
* Have previous experience in a healthcare, HR, or administrative role (desired but not essential)
Desired Experience:
* Previous experience in a similar administrative or HR role
* Experience in recruitment, finance, or working with digital systems
* Familiarity with maintaining databases and preparing reports
