They are currently seeking a Hotel Procurement Executive to join their growing, dynamic team. The successful candidate will have regular liaison with the team based in France & report directly to the French Hotel Operations & Procurement Manager – so understanding the French language (both verbal and written) is a key requirement. The successful candidate will be passionate about travel, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, and enjoy building strong rapport with internal staff & external suppliers. This is an office based position in Thurrock (hybrid) but there will be a requirement to have flexibility for occasional travel to France / Germany. Duties to include but not limited to… Monitoring the entire procurement process – from the confirmed order through to payment. Coordinating & synchronising all purchase orders with their requisition number Ensuring accuracy of invoices Liaising with the accounting department regrading invoices Assisting with the tracking & report key functional metrics, with a focus on reducing expenses and improving the effectiveness Assisting the Hotel Operations & Procurement Manager with maintaining current procurement documents and manuals Supporting the Hotel Operations Team Adhoc administration to support the procurement process Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm (office based 3 days a week, with 2 days from home).
