Ashdown Primary School in Crowborough is looking for two Heads of School from September 2025. One to lead our junior site with a whole school responsibility for Achievement and Potential (assessment, data and CPD). The other to lead our infant site with a whole school responsibility for Inclusion (PP, LAC/PLAC, SEND, EAL).
We are a two-form entry split site school with a Good Ofsted rating (2023).

You will work alongside the other Head of School under the leadership of our Headteacher, Mrs Dawn Gibbs.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
