Supporting Children with Challenging Behaviour
Protocol Education is currently recruiting for someone to work 1:1 with a child who has challenging behaviour in a secondary school in Sunderland. You will provide 1:1 Mental Health & Academic support for a child who struggles with SEMH. This role allows you to create a lasting memory and a better future for the child.
The student may have ASC/Social, Emotional, Mental Health needs (SEMH)/complex learning disabilities or an Educational, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). The school prides itself on being part of a supportive local authority, aiming to support every child to develop their self-esteem, achieve appropriate personal targets, and develop an enthusiasm for learning.
The ideal candidate will be professional and passionate about SEND/SEMH, able to adapt to meet individual needs, including excellent behaviour management.
