Join our team Anglian Water's Major Infrastructure Team helps to meet tomorrow's challenges today, by planning and delivering high-quality major infrastructure for the East of England. This new infrastructure will help address major future challenges such as securing water supply for future generations, reaching net zero, adapting to climate change and restoring the environment, while delivering new jobs, creating improved opportunities for people in communities across the region and boosting local economies. We lead the planning for what are regarded as major infrastructure projects, more widely known as Nationally Significant Infrastructure projects (NSIPs) and other accelerated infrastructure schemes. They are transformational projects that, if delivered, could contribute greatly to Anglian Water's purpose (to bring environmental and social prosperity to the region we serve through our commitment to love every drop) and meeting our strategic direction objectives.? The ones you may already be familiar with are: Cambridge Waste Water Treatment Plant relocation project and our two new proposed reservoirs in Lincolnshire and the Fens.? We are also in the early stages of planning for some accelerated AMP8 projects which are new pipelines and water reuse schemes. The role of the Stakeholder Team is to ensure the regulatory process which NSIPs must follow is embedded within the project team. The Stakeholder Administrator's key role is to deliver administrative support to ensure all stakeholder engagement is accurately documented and logged. They will support the Stakeholder Leads and Relationship Leads to allow them to build positive relationships and advocacy of the projects with key stakeholder groups including; statutory and non-statutory organisations, local and central government, MP's, environmental bodies, industry and community groups, businesses and other affected parties. We are seeking a proactive and confident individual to manage the administrative systems and processes that support stakeholder engagement across our portfolio of projects. As a Stakeholder Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring that all actions and commitments are promptly followed up, meetings are accurately documented, shared, and stored, and future engagements are effectively planned and coordinated. What will you be doing? Setting up pre-meetings and meetings required for the Stakeholder Team To prepare and agree meeting agendas with the meeting Chair, produce slide decks and other relevant information, and ensure these are circulated in advance of meetings Supporting meetings by providing accurate minute taking and following up actions that arise To be a 'super user' of our stakeholder management system, ensuring the team (including external consultants) use the database actively and correctly Lead in the preparation of weekly reporting to internal boards and senior stakeholders providing insight of past engagement and flagging upcoming engagement To support at engagement and consultation events To ensure stakeholder engagement project protocols are followed and flagged to the team and reviewed periodically seeking improvements in processes As a valued employee you'll be entitled to: Competitive pension scheme - Anglian Water double-matches your contributions up to 6% Personal private health care Annual bonus scheme 25 days leave, rising with service Bank Holidays, with the option to swap Christmas and Easter holidays for those celebrated by your religion Skills and experience required: Experience of supporting teams, demonstrating outstanding administrative skills Confident in accurately recording meetings and actions Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including; Word, Excel and PowerPoint Strong attention to detail and accuracy Record keeping and document management experience Good writing and proofing skills and the ability to produce meeting notes and reports from complex information in a clear format Strong organisational skills with a flexible attitude and the ability to adapt and respond to a busy and varied workload The ability to work at a high-quality standard in a fast-paced environment Self-starter, muti-tasker and quick learner, particularly with new IT systems Full clean driving licence and access to a car Inclusion at Anglian Water: Join us and make a difference.
