Using our Ardmore in-house materials, EFL teachers will approach their role enthusiastically and take responsibility for appropriate lesson planning, lesson delivery, academic administration - like checking class registers and monitoring student progress - to achieve the learning objectives of our syllabus.
Lessons should be fully engaging, age and level appropriate, student-centred, and focused on improving the communicative skills of our young learners aged 9-17. Many of our students are visiting an English-speaking country for the first time, so the teacher's role is key to their enjoyment of this wonderful, cultural opportunity. The EFL Teachers will also assist with student testing, staff inductions, and staff training diploma writing.
Ardmore is very keen to provide opportunities for all members of our team to develop, so teachers will attend CPD sessions once a week.
