Qualifications and Requirements Registered Nurse Qualification (Mental Health Nurse), with a current and valid NMC PIN. Experience: Previous experience in a senior or leadership role in a mental health setting is preferred. Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with patients, families, and team members.
