This is a position that requires combining excellent organisational skills, people skills and multitasking skills. This is a Monday - Friday position 9.00am - 5.00pm (Full Time). Responsibilities: Be responsible for the co-ordination of all planned services within remit, detailed planning of work with project, commercial and other service delivery teams. Accurately record and maintain all information necessary to give accurate planning schedules, resolving client, operational and commercial queries relating to planned maintenance. Develop and maintain a good understanding of the CAFM system, the facilities management services provided to customers, and all relevant process and procedures to keep all PPM data up to date, this includes adding/amending assets, resources, and schedules. Support the delivery of periodic meetings with the team and client.
