Role: Research Analyst
Location: Exeter or Birmingham (hybrid working)
Salary: £35,000 per year
Working hours: Flexible, with some office time expected
Why apply? Use data, experimentation, and analytics to drive real impact for major brands, working alongside experts in data science, digital strategy, and technology.
Our Mission & Vision
At Good Growth, we help businesses innovate online without being held back by legacy technology. Many major brands operate on outdated digital systems - where others see a limitation, we see an opportunity.
Our mission is to drive data-led innovation that transforms online performance, helping brands unlock new growth through experimentation, insight, and commercial impact.
As a Research Analyst, you’ll play a key role in analysing data, identifying opportunities, and running experiments that improve digital experiences at scale.
Where We Are Now & Our Future Goals

Investing in cutting-edge digital experimentation and insight-driven strategies. Scaling our Good Growth Technology (GGT) platform to power smarter, faster testing.
We’re expanding our Insight Team to support more clients with data-led decision-making and optimisation - this is where you come in.

* Core hours: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM UK time (flexible start and finish times)
Why This Role Matters
As a Research Analyst, you’ll work across multiple client accounts to analyse customer behaviour, identify optimisation opportunities, and validate commercial impact. Your insights will shape digital strategies, ensuring brands make informed decisions backed by data, experimentation, and real-world results.
You’ll Love This Role If You Enjoy

* Working with large datasets and insight tools to solve complex problems

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
* Turning data into insight – Extract, analyse, and interpret data from Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other insight platforms to find opportunities for improvement.
* Driving experimentation – Use A/B testing, data modelling, and customer insight tools to validate hypotheses and optimise customer journeys.
* Identifying customer friction – Leverage behavioural analytics tools like Hotjar, ContentSquare, and Supermetrics to spot frustration points in digital experiences.
* Measuring commercial impact – Assess how changes impact conversion rates, revenue, and user engagement, ensuring every experiment drives real business results.
* Collaborating across teams – Work closely with Tech, Project Management, and Client Teams to blend quantitative and qualitative insights into effective experimentation strategies.
* Staying ahead of the curve – Keep up with industry trends, emerging analytics tools, and best practices in digital experimentation and insight.
