We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Manpower Coordinator to join our team and oversee the management and support of our labour staff.
Key Responsibilities
• Labor Management: Serve as the direct line manager to all labour staff, ensuring they are aware of and adhere to company and client processes and policies. Provide support, guidance, and management to ensure efficient operations.
• Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact with clients, handling all queries, requests, and grievances. Relay important information to senior management and maintain a professional and courteous relationship with clients.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure that all labour staff work in compliance with Health & Safety legislation, Safe Systems of Work, and control of work processes. Stay informed on evolving safety policies and laws, and provide guidance to staff to promote a safe working environment.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks on completed work to ensure it meets company and client standards. Ensure all work is performed according to safety guidelines and specifications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior management and other team members to ensure efficient operation, training, security, and Health & Safety (H&S) compliance. Collaborate on various projects to exchange knowledge and expertise.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including security statuses and relevant CVs. Prepare and submit required reports and documentation in a timely manner.
• Additional Duties: Perform any additional tasks or duties as assigned by senior management.
Skills & Qualifications
Required:
• SC Clearance: Must hold or be able to obtain Security Clearance (SC).
• Management Skills: Proven ability to manage a team effectively, with strong leadership capabilities.
• IT Proficiency: Good IT skills with the ability to use management software and tools efficiently.
• Health & Safety Knowledge: In-depth understanding of H&S regulations, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work well both independently and within a team.
• Driving License: Must hold a valid driving license.
• Specific Training: Completion of required training courses as needed.
