About the role As a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Tomoro, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce by identifying, attracting, and securing the best talent in the field of AI and technology. You will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to ensure we are not only filling positions but also building a diverse and dynamic workforce that aligns with our innovative culture. Your primary focus will be on achieving talent acquisition goals, promoting our company’s values and culture, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing: Utilise a variety of recruitment channels to identify and engage potential candidates, including social media, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events. Candidate Assessment: Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit within Tomoro. Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate Head of People to develop customised recruitment plans that align with business objectives and address specific workforce needs. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate journey by providing timely feedback, keeping candidates informed throughout the process, and facilitating an efficient interview process. Employer Branding: Actively promote Tomoro’s employer brand and culture to attract top talent and maintain a positive reputation in the industry. Diversity and Inclusion: Implement strategies to promote diversity and inclusion within our hiring processes and develop plans to attract underrepresented talent. Qualifications: Proven experience in tech recruitment, preferrably within software development or AI sector. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A passion for technology and innovation, with a desire to stay up-to-date on industry trends.
