Part time Lettings Administrator. Bolton (BL1) £12.83 per hour parking - 30 hours per week. Flexibility with hours - can be worked across 4 or 5 days. Must be able to do at least two 5.30pm finishes per week A successful and established, Bolton based Lettings firm are looking for an experienced Lettings Administrator to join the team. Looking after two of their sites - with over 100 rooms between them, your duties will include; Taking calls and enquiries regarding room availability Progressing the initial enquiry through to contract completion Logging maintenance issues and arranging site staff to carry out repairs Contract renewals Tenant check ins/check out procedures This is a fully office based role (no hybrid or WFH option). Experience within Lettings is preferable, ( but not essential ) along with strong customer service and administration experience.
