About the Role: The Beauty Tech Group is looking for a Technical SEO Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting our Global SEO Manager and Lead SEO Manager in monitoring the technical health of our websites, including page speed performance and Core Web Vitals metrics across our brands, including CurrentBody, ZIIP and Tria Laser. · Complete routine technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to site architecture, indexing, and crawlability. · Diagnose and fix crawl errors, duplicate content, broken links, redirect chains, and other issues affecting organic search visibility. · Support in the creation of detailed technical tickets to the development team, outlining necessary fixes, their impact on search engine performance, and expected outcome · Work with development and wider creative teams to integrate SEO best practices into site updates, from initial planning to deployment · Use GA4 and Google Search Console to monitor organic search performance pre- and post-technical deployments. · Generate routine reports on site health, page speed performance, and Core Web Vitals, sharing insights with key stakeholders. · Review on-site changes, such as page redesigns, to ensure organic search performance remains unaffected. Candidate Requirements: · Comfortable across CMS platforms, in particular, Shopify. · Experience with website migrations and launches. · Proficient knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in the context of indexation in the SERPs. · Skilled in the implementation and review of Schema markup. · Experienced across SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, ContentKing, SEO Monitor, GTmetrix, Page Speed Insights and others · Skilled with GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio and Google Tag Manager. · Proven ability to analyse and improve Core Web Vitals metrics. · Strong knowledge of Google’s algorithm updates and their impact on search rankings. · Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail. · Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines. · A background in a previous development role would be a plus.
