ABL Health, delivers the Sandwells Adult Weight Management Service overview, which is commissioned by the Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council. This transformative service seeks to work collaboratively with communities to support transforming services for the local population. The service provides integrated behaviour support for weight management in partnership with Sandwells smoking cessation service. Both services are embedded in sustainable behaviour change and positive wellbeing. Main duties of the job You will deliver our existing programmes of weight management as well as support the development of programmes that meet the needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will be passionate about promoting healthy lifestyles and delivering client-centred motivational change. You will have a background in nutrition, exercise, health improvement, adult and/or family weight management and be an excellent team player and have a willingness to learn and develop.
