* Articulate and present to senior management and C-level executives at YouLend regarding the performance of the respective jurisdiction/partners you manage.
* Win and identify partnerships with various referral partners, including brokerages, financial advisors, accountants, and franchisors (covering all aspects of origination, qualification, pitching, negotiation, closing, and go-live).
* Build a scalable account management strategy and provide proven results from the strategy developed.
* Articulate and deliver a broader new business acquisition strategy with support from the Broker Partnerships lead across DE & Europe using all available tools, including marketing activities (webinars, newsletter placements, thought leadership).
* Manage relationships through existing partners.
* Focus on acquiring new business from either new or existing partners using initiatives, training, and relationship management events.
* Create engaging training, webinars, or workshop sessions and present them to partners and their teams.
* Support the European Business Development Lead with key partners and provide input for new efficient processes to help manage the portfolio or further acquire new partners.
* Utilize networking skills through social media and attend events to identify prospective partners.
* Be prepared to travel and organize social events for partners.
* Speak German at a native or C2 level.
* Have 2+ years of partnership sales/business development experience in financial services or e-commerce.
* Demonstrate a track record of hitting revenue targets through originating, negotiating, and closing partnership agreements.
* Show proven experience with prospect outreach and building efficient targeting strategies.
* Report on personal and jurisdiction performance efficiently and concisely to senior management.
* Possess a strong understanding of commercial risk mitigation and management.
* Communicate complex solutions simply to effectively address senior management.
* Be motivated and comfortable with accountability.
* Be interested in making a wider contribution to a fast-growing company.
* Work effectively in a fast-moving environment with multiple demands on your time and attention.
