Job Title: Internal Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to maximise customer satisfaction.
2. Sales Development:
Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and lead generation.Collaborate with the external sales team to support their efforts in achieving sales targets.
3. Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of our electro-mechanical services and products.Effectively communicate technical details to clients, addressing their queries and concerns.
4. Quotation and Proposal Creation:
Prepare accurate and compelling sales quotations and proposals.Work closely with the technical team to ensure proposals meet client specifications.
5. Sales Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, including customer interactions and sales transactions.Provide regular reports on sales performance, highlighting areas for improvement and success.
Qualifications and Skills:
6. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the electro-mechanical services industry.
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
8. Technical background or the ability to quickly grasp technical concepts.
9. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
10. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
11. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
