We are looking for a Coffee Shop Manager to join our team in our Leamington Bewiched Coffee Shop ** on a full-time**, 9-month fixed-term contract. You will be responsible for the effective operation of our coffee shop, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and maintaining our reputation as the go-to coffee shop in the community.
What You'll Be Doing Leading & Motivating the Team - Inspire and develop baristas and supervisors, ensuring a positive and inclusive working environment.
Delivering Outstanding Customer Service - Maintain high service standards and craft exceptional coffee in line with Bewiched's brand values.
Managing Store Operations - Oversee stock, hygiene, and health & safety procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Driving Sales & Performance - Encourage upselling, monitor financial performance, and continuously improve store standards.
What We're Looking For Previous customer service experience (ideally in a coffee or hospitality environment).
Leadership skills - the ability to develop and inspire a team.
A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
Strong organisation and problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
