Job Title: Junior Customer Service Advisor
Position Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Summary
As a Junior Customer Service Advisor, you will be based in Billesdon and due to location, you will need to have your own transport. You will facilitate the smooth transition of customers from the sales team to the final delivery of their leased vehicles. You will manage the process from order placement to delivery, ensuring all necessary post-delivery paperwork is completed, guaranteeing efficient operations and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Order & Delivery Management:
* Review and verify sales orders before placing with suppliers.
* Maintain customer communication throughout the finance process.
* Coordinate vehicle delivery after completion of finance documents.
* Ensure all post-delivery paperwork is submitted for timely payments.
Administrative Tasks:
* Handle PCN notices, communicating fees to customers.
* Manage end-of-contract collections and part exchanges.
* Oversee vehicle off-hire and post-lease purchase processes.
* Manage chassis profit invoicing and ensure timely submission.
* Input additional vehicle profits into Phoenix and invoice upon delivery.
Customer Service:
* Act as the point of contact for escalated customer inquiries or issues.
* Provide professional and efficient customer service to maintain satisfaction.
Requirements
* Experience in a similar role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems.
* Strong customer service skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
