Desk Clerk (Processing & Ops)

As a Desk Clerk (Processing & Ops), you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our transport services by assessing and monitoring chill chain compliance, producing KPI reports, and sharing your insights with the Shift Leader and Department Manager to manage daily desk and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure every order is received, processed, picked and shipped efficiently
* Proactively assist your Department Manager in preparing for shifts and maintaining databases by tracking order trends and inventory support
* Provide support to Drivers, Pickers, and Warehouse Managers
* Investigate order differences, liaise with supply chain teams, and process Driver documents
Requirements:
* Administration experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
* A keen attention to detail with excellent organisation skills
* The ability to confidently communicate with colleagues and partners
* Flexibility to work early mornings or late nights when required
* Excellent computer skills, including Excel and Word
