Are you looking to join Renault Group as the Alpine Performance Manager, responsible for developing and delivering key strategic initiatives across the retailer network?
What will you be doing?
A key aspect of the role is to support top-performing Alpine retailers, enhancing their success through best practices, data insights and performance analysis.

We are looking for an individual who can implement premium sales and aftersales processes, ensuring high service standards and customer satisfaction. The job holder will work cross-functionally with our Product, Fleet, Customer Experience, Aftersales and Marketing teams, offering valuable insights into market performance and emerging trends to inform strategic decision-making. You will also support the creation and execution of sales campaigns, contribute to the development of retailer targets and initiatives, and ensure the successful delivery of sales and aftersales strategies.
Success in this role will be measured by various metrics, including the volume of new car sales, market share, turnover, profit margin, and the management of aged stock. Additionally, factory production filling, lead response and conversion rates, and the overall aftersales customer experience will be key indicators of performance.
