Blue Arrow is looking for an experienced Sous Chef for an ongoing weekend role in Twycross.
The ideal candidate will be hardworking, positive, and friendly. We are a busy restaurant seeking keen, enthusiastic individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and have a passion for food.
Hours: Weekend Role - 9am-4pm Sat/Sun
Pay: £18 an hour
Duties Include:
1. Preparing and serving food according to specifications.
2. Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, including pot washing.
3. Adhering to Health and Safety regulations.
4. Assisting fellow kitchen team members.
5. Completing site-specific kitchen paperwork and administrative tasks, such as stock ordering, delivery notes, and temperature logs.
About you:
1. Food Safety level 2 certification obtained within the last three years.
2. Hardworking, dependable, and friendly.
3. Access to your own transportation for travel between various sites.
4. Committed to following procedures, including Allergens and Health and Safety guidelines.
5. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality.
6. A passion for cooking.
