An enthusiastic individual is required to join the team at this well-established independent estate and letting agency.
Due to business growth, they are looking for a new Sales Negotiator. They have been operating in the Hayes area for over 17 years, and business has been increasing year on year.
Duties for the successful candidate will include:
1. Arranging viewings and showing potential tenants around properties
2. Advising clients about the letting process
3. Selling additional services/products
4. Handling any problems that arise with the property
5. Working with a wide range of third-party agencies such as solicitors and mortgage brokers
6. Various types of canvassing including leaflet dropping, door knocking, and calling warm/cold leads to increase revenue
7. Adhering to internal processes and procedures and escalating issues accordingly
8. Drafting property descriptions for external adverts
9. Taking internal/external photographs and presenting the property in the best possible light
Experience and skills required:
1. Experience in a similar role is required
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. IT literate
4. Negotiation, sales, and marketing skills
5. Good market and product knowledge
6. Good organisational skills
7. Full UK driving licence
What you need for success:
They are looking for someone who has the ability to build good working relationships with a wide range of people. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and have excellent presentation skills.
Experience is not necessary in this field, but you will need to be motivated to hit targets and help expand the business customer base while providing first-class customer service.
Additional information:
1. Basic salary is between £20,000 to £24,000 depending on experience. First year OTE will be up to £30,000 to £32,000
2. 20 days annual leave (5 days to be taken during the Christmas period)
3. You will need your own car
4. Mon-Thursday 9.30 am to 6.30 pm, Friday 9.30 am to 5.00 pm, Saturday 10.00 am to 2.00 pm (Saturday is a working day, and everyone in the office works an alternate Saturday. In return for working a Saturday, you will get a half day off in the week.)
