You will be responsible for aligning the many facets of the business to work coherently in delivering the E2E approach in both the physical and digital world. Focusing on the guest and visitor journey, our Process Engineer will maximise efficiency and drive improved customer satisfaction through the various platforms we operate on.You will collaborate with the heads of the various elements of the business and cross-functional teams, manage and coordinate project activities, support existing product offerings, and perform testing or analysis of new and existing processes.Your responsibilities will include leading Quality Improvement projects using various tools and techniques.This is a role for a self-motivated individual with strong leadership and team working skills, a decision maker, with sound and creative problem solving ability.
