Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant - Full-Time Location: North West England, Lancashire, Great Harwood Job Type: Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £12.90 - £13.50 Per day Job Duties: Provide support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in the classroom Deliver group interventions to children with additional needs Provide 1:1 support for children with SEN, ensuring they recieve an inclusive education Assist teachers in implementing individual education plans for children Help create a positive learning environment for all children Support children with personal care and medical needs, if required Collaborate with other staff members and professionals to ensure children's needs are met Monitor and track children progress and report back to teachers and parents Required Qualifications: GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths Experience working with children with SEN Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team Experience: Prior experience working with children with SEN is required Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of SEN support strategies Ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs Good organisational skills Empathy and patience If you are interested in this role, please apply with your CV, outlining any relevant experience supporting children with SEN and additional needs.
