Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to the sales team and customers regarding HVAC systems and products. Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and technical documentation. Work closely with engineers and sales representatives to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. Keep up to date with industry trends, new products, and technological advancements. Qualifications & Skills: Previous experience in sales within a production environment Strong understanding of how manufacturing works Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain complex technical information in an easy-to-understand manner. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
