As we scale, we are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Director to spearhead our revenue growth strategy and drive new business acquisition.
Role Overview
As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for defining and executing our sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and establishing scalable sales processes. Initially, you will focus on direct sales and partnerships, working hands-on to close deals while laying the foundation for a future sales team. You’ll work closely with marketing and leadership to align sales efforts with company goals, ensuring sustained growth and market expansion.
Your Mission: Establish and execute a sales strategy that accelerates Zeevou’s growth, increases customer acquisition, and builds a strong revenue foundation.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
* Develop and implement a scalable sales strategy to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
* Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring a high conversion rate.
* Establish structured, repeatable sales processes, including lead qualification, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
* Define and optimize pricing models, sales scripts, and engagement strategies.
* Utilize CRM and automation tools to track, measure, and improve sales performance.
Business Development & Partnerships
* Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and key accounts.
* Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation and brand positioning.
* Develop and execute outbound sales initiatives, including cold outreach and industry networking.
* Work closely with product and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and retention.
Revenue Growth & Metrics
* Track and analyze sales data to refine strategies and improve performance.
* Develop KPI frameworks to measure success and optimize sales funnel efficiency.
* Implement data-driven sales experiments to improve conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition costs (CAC).
What We’re Looking For
✅ Proven experience as a Sales Director, VP of Sales, or Senior Sales Manager in SaaS, ideally within the Serviced Accommodation/Short-Term Rental niche.
✅ Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and closing high-value deals in B2B SaaS.
✅ Hands-on approach with the ability to sell directly while building scalable sales systems.
✅ Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM tools, sales automation, and pipeline management.
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
✅ Passion for the hospitality industry and a deep understanding of SaaS sales strategies.
