Working with First Call Contract Services gives you many additional benefits Money saving offers and discounts at your fingertip 24/7 GP helpline Discounted Gym membership in over 2500 gyms Online Payslip Access Personal Insurance Shifts are: 06:00 to 14:00 Pay : From £32K per year Main Duties of Recycling Supervisor : Ensure all operations are compliant with Health and Safety Standards, Company Policies, Procedures and Waste Management Legislation Effective management of resources and services report any problems to Contract Manager Ensure your team and operations meet targets Conduct daily and weekly audits to ensure all operations meet Health and Safety Standards Maintain work reports and vehicle logs Update employee/ related paper work to include time sheets, holidays, sickness/absence Organisation staff communications, meeting and training Carry out any other such reasonable job related tasks as the company may require you to undertake from time to time Key characteristics: Previous experience of working with or managing a team. Previous experience of Street Sweeping and/or Refuse Collection (as appropriate). Minimum basic computer skills. Clean British Driving Licence. Must be willing to assist on street cleansing / collections as required.
