In this critical role, you'll act as the linchpin between our clients and recruitment teams, ensuring seamless service delivery, exceeding expectations, and building strong, long-lasting relationships. What You'll Do Recruitment: Partner with clients to understand their staffing needs, roles, and company culture. Source, screen, and recruit top talent, meeting resourcing KPIs. Create and implement innovative recruitment strategies. Conduct interviews and skills assessments to find the best candidate matches. Manage candidate registration and onboarding in line with compliance requirements. Deliver tailored client-specific training when required. Client Management: Collaborate with the Branch Manager to deliver exceptional service solutions. Regularly review client performance, offering feedback and service improvements. Provide clients with detailed recruitment performance reports. Conduct satisfaction surveys to identify areas for improvement. Offer support to temporary workers, including guidance on performance and absence management. Compliance Management: Ensure full compliance with company procedures, legal requirements, and health and safety standards. Conduct monthly quality audits to maintain high standards of service deliver What We're Looking For Must-Haves: At least 6 months of experience in account management or recruitment. Excellent communication skills at all levels. Strong administrative and IT abilities. Proven reliability through a stable work history. Confidence in managing disciplinary and grievance meetings.
