What you’ll be doing
1. Delivering a premium and tailored customer service experience
2. Supporting with stock take and deliveries as needed
3. Providing in depth knowledge of the brand and our products
4. Communicating appropriately and effectively with customers, team members and management
5. Maintaining visual standards
6. Acting as a Reiss Brand Ambassador
What you’ll ideally bring to the role
7. A passion for premium or luxury product
8. Previous experience in a customer-facing environment
9. Be able to see things through the customer’s eyes
10. Excellent customer service skills
11. Strong attention to detail and high standards of delivery
12. Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities
13. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
14. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
15. Have excellent organisational and decision-making skills
