This is an exciting opportunity to manage a commercial scheme starting in April. The successful candidate will work alongside Tier 1 contractors such as Ardmore, Bouygues, and Balfour Beatty on high-profile residential and commercial projects. Key Responsibilities: Manage all electrical construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project specifications, schedules, and budgets. Oversee and coordinate the work of electrical teams and subcontractors, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and performance. Collaborate with project managers, site managers, and other teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Monitor progress, resolve issues, and provide technical support to ensure electrical installations are completed to the highest standards. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site. Review and approve electrical plans, methods, and cost estimates, ensuring they align with project goals. Conduct site inspections and ensure all electrical systems meet relevant industry regulations and codes. Maintain regular communication with clients, contractors, and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns.
