About Us Established in 2018, Rosslyn is a collection of award-winning, high volume specialty coffee shops located within the City of London. We have ‘ All the attention to detail and high standards of the great Australian Cafe combined with the warmth and community of the Irish Pub, brought together in a way that best serves modern day London’. We can provide a flexible schedule. Shifts are planned across 06.00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday and 8:30 – 17:00 Saturdays. Our idea of providing a work-life balance means ensuring evenings off, a 40hr work week and shifts under 10hrs. Responsibilities Take responsibility for the day-to-day smooth running of the café Ensures coffee and hospitality is continually maintained to Rosslyn standards Is focused on building a friendly, professional rapport, so our guests feel comfortable visiting time and time again. You’re a local expert, able to answer all guest/staff queries, staying up to speed on all offerings Provide mentorship to the team by reflecting the Rosslyn values Provide onboarding and upskill training to new hires Is an effective communicator who looks to add value through their work Confidently handle placing orders on a daily/weekly basis Complete daily reports on standards, performance & operation Take ownership of issues and know when to escalate accordingly Work closely and supportively with the Shop Manager London Living Wage Employer We are extremely proud of our work alongside The Living Wage Foundation, work ing closely with their team develop the scheme.
