* Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration/support
* Proficient in troubleshooting and supporting modern desktop environments (Windows 10/macOS)
* Understanding of computer and server components, networks, and infrastructure
* A valid driver’s license
* Strong communication skills: polite, confident, and effective
* A genuine passion for exceptional customer service
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills
* A commitment to maintaining high standards of work and professionalism
* A team player who goes the extra mile (GTEM), provides feedback, and supports colleagues
* An Enhanced DBS check (conducted by us and must remain clean)

Responsibilities:
* As a Junior IT Support Engineer, your role will involve:
* Regular visits to customer sites in and around Wiltshire, with occasional visits to other locations
* Providing on-site and remote technical support to our customers
* Performing various tasks to support service or system maintenance and IT project delivery
* Maintaining positive working relationships with customers
* Assisting other teams with their tasks when called upon
