Legal Secretary/Assistant - Conveyancing
Location: Stockport | Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per year
Are you a detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual with a knack for legal processes? We're looking for someone with 2+ years of conveyancing experience to join our dynamic team. If you're ready to dive into the world of property law and make a real impact, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Audio-typing and transcribing digital dictations
2. Preparing legal documents and letters
3. Handling HM Land Registry applications and Stamp Duty returns
4. Managing client communications and providing updates
5. Updating files, maintaining deadlines, and managing documents on case management systems
6. Reception lunch cover when needed
What We're Looking For:
1. At least 2 years of previous conveyancing secretarial experience
2. Fast typing skills and strong Microsoft Office knowledge
3. A detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment
4. Excellent organizational and time-management skills
5. Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on client care
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
