Job Description
Teamwork Partnership is currently recruiting for an experienced Line Leader Supervisor on behalf of our client in Oldham. This is a permanent position from day 1.
Example Accountabilities
1. Lead and motivate a small team of operatives.
2. Promote effective working relationships.
3. Maintain company standards for hygiene, GMP, and quality.
4. Responsible for ensuring all relevant paperwork is accurately completed.
5. Report Health and Safety issues and follow up when required.
6. Prepare and conduct regular audits.
7. Ensure adequate skills are available and maintained.
8. Drive line efficiencies and continually improve waste.
Candidate Profile
1. Previous experience as Charge hand or Leading hand in charge of a team of operatives.
2. Highly flexible and able to adapt to a changing environment.
3. Conscientious and pays attention to detail, with familiarity with quality paperwork.
4. Likes to be challenged and challenges others to have a right-first-time approach.
5. Willing to learn new tasks quickly.
Hours
14:00 - 22:00 Monday to Thursday and 13:00 - 20:00 Friday. Flexibility around hours of work is required in order to accommodate business requirements as necessary.
Package
Salary for this position is £12.91 per hour.
28 days holiday a year, which includes statutory holidays.
