In 2008, our retail journey started when our milkshakes appeared on the shelves of Harvey Nichols. Since then, our product range and list of retail partners have grown significantly, and we now trade with all major grocery multiples.

As part of this growth strategy, we are now looking for a Foodservice National Account Manager to join us and build our business in this key growth channel to realise this next phase of success.
Role
As Foodservice National Account Manager, you will take ownership for the overall growth strategy, budget delivery and customer relationships for our business across the Out Of Home and Foodservice channels. Reporting to the Impulse & Out Of Home Controller, the role will be part of the wider Sales function with opportunities to develop and grow within the Shaken Udder business.
This role combines some Account Management but in the early stages of Channel Development will be heavily focussed on identifying and winning New Business opportunities. Having won New Business, the role will own the relationship and growth trajectory for these Customers. Clear budgets and trade investment will be in place to support your objectives along with a bespoke On The Go Range to grow the Channel. Cross-functional collaboration will be key, as you will work closely with colleagues in Category, Trade Marketing, Finance, Operations and Brand to drive success in this channel.
The person
The ideal candidate will be operating at National Account Manager level within a branded FMCG food or drink business and will have a well-established network across the Out Of Home and Foodservice channels. They will be a passionate, energetic and highly motivated individual who thrives on achieving ambitious New Business targets and takes full ownership of their customer base.
With strong influencing skills and commercial acumen, the successful candidate will be a self-starter and willing to travel across the UK to meet with new and existing customers. A growth mindset is key alongside the drive and proactivity needed to pursue new opportunities. They will excel in cross-functional collaboration, unlocking results by working closely with colleagues across various departments.
A track record of building strong customer relationships, coupled with strong internal networks, will be essential. The role suits someone who relishes the challenge of working in a small team with significant responsibility and has excellent communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders both internally and externally.
Location
This role supports hybrid working, the successful candidate will be expected to visit Shaken
Udder’s Tiptree office 1 day per fortnight.
