Responsibilities
Job Summary
Lead efforts to market Werfen’s total value to strategic and corporate accounts. Partner with Corporate Accounts and Strategic Accounts teams to understand the needs of their unique customers and deliver bespoke campaigns and marketing tools that go beyond our individual business units.
Key Accountabilities
1. Align with Corporate Account Directors (CADs) to craft marketing plans for top opportunities and customers (Commercial Labs, Health Systems, Donor Centers, and GPOs.)
2. Develop strategy and drive execution of targeted omnichannel marketing programs for large customers, including education campaigns, field events, user groups, industry events and tradeshows, webinars, digital, and PR. i.e. Customized Marketing Initiatives: Establish and deliver customized marketing campaigns for our largest customers – i.e., patient awareness programs (I.e., AID at Commercial Labs.)
3. Cross-Functional Alignment – work with other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and support account management teams.i.e. Launch Werfen Value Prop for the entire portfolio.
4. Focus on value solutions (beyond product) that enhance customer partnerships and create marketing materials that showcase these solutions at the Werfen level, beyond individual Bus.
5. Utilize metrics and data to track and optimize results of custom programs rolled out at the customer level.
6. Assist CADs with business reviews, presentations, customer visits, and campaigns.
7. Other duties as assigned.
Networking/Key relationships
8. Must be able to interface on a regular basis with assigned client groups as well as other functions across the organization as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position:
9. Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Marketing or a related discipline required
10. Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the health care industry required.
11. Minimum of 3-5 years in Corporate Accounts marketing role
Management has the discretion of substituting relevant work experience for a degree and/or making exceptions to the requirements for years of experience.
