Pinnacle Group are looking to recruit a dedicated Industrial and Commercial Manager to apply technical, expert knowledge and be able to combine this with customers and potential sales opportunities providing advice and support on a range of products resulting in the conversation of leads to sales. The role will involve liaising with colleagues assisting with technical areas of bids and tenders in relation to customers and potential sales. This is a full time role, Monday - Friday and is based in Morecambe. Key responsibilities: Identify potential new clients, gaining an insight into their business with the aim of highlighting new efficient and innovative types or products and services to maximise their operational function. Produce weekly reports and provide clear information upon regular request to the General Manager and Director of Operations in relation revenue and profit. Attend meetings in relation to potential sales opportunities in accordance with the target set by the business. Assist with the negotiation of tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and business needs. Identify gaps in training and provide technical training and produce support material for employees within the industrial cleaning division Key requirements: IOSH qualification needed, NEBOSH would be preferred Experience with Confined Space training or working IPAF (working at height) preferred Managing Health & Safety risk assessments, Safe systems of work or method statements Performance management and appraisal Our Offer The more diverse our workforce, the better we can adapt to and reflect the needs of our customers.
